1) Everything under Anal on that list XD. But especially pegging, object insertion, oh, hell, all of it. Also including ass-play, which is too far down the list.
2) Age gaps (nine years is best!)
3) Emoporn (angst, doom, self-loathing, self-destructive sexual behavior, unrequited, misunderstandings, IMPENDING DOOM)
4) Characters who are either *very* comfortable in their sexuality, or very *un*comfortable.
5) DETAIL. DETAIL DETAIL DETAIL! 

My list needs about 500 slots, but those are the biggest. I'm going to add my one big squick to this list, too, because anything with slavery in it makes me physically *squirm* with distaste. Can. Not. Stand.

*grins* Here via Gloria's list of lists, because I'm incurably curious. We haven't really talked other than through a few mutual comments, so ah, no need to pull out the second meme for me. (Although I'd love to do the LJ friends thing if you're up for that. :D)

I'm right there with you on... well, actually all of your kinks, but especially 1, 2 and 5. Add voyeurism and subtle D/s that isn't restricted to the sexual to those two, and you've got my top five. XD And, hmn, yeah, slavery is one of my major squicks. Right up there with prostitution and rape fantasy.
