There was some discussion over in a_trill's journal about there needing to be a male sidekick to a major female character. We couldn't think of any examples in canon, but I volunteered to make a list of fan works staring Tim as a sidekick to a woman, so here we go!

iambickilometer, kirax2, and I were feeling inspired after all this, and have written two stories where Tim is Selina's sidekick, Kitten and Sex Kitten. Two more for the list!

Of those already listed, Hanging Work is actually my favorite. The Young And The Battish certainly has a lot to say about gender roles, though... XD (Tim is Batgirl)

There was a short series that merfilly wrote about Dinah training Jason as her sidekick, that might have started here. Since Filly deleted her fic archive on LJ, it was tough even finding THAT, but I know there's more around somewhere, and some where Dinah took in Roy and he worked for her.
