I'm terribly impressed by that costume's accuracy. If the owner had put the cape on right-way-up, it would be a pretty good doggie-facsimile of Tim's first Robin costume.
I got sent to the Huffington Post for something by somebody and saw a link that said "Dogs in Superhero Costumes." My reaction, perhaps predictably, was: WUT OMG WHERE?!?!
