It occurs to me that Bats are really just grimdarkangsty boy scouts. That's why they get along so well with the Supers, who are just regular boy scouts.
Tim leaving without saying bye to Ma Kent makes me sad. In his Robin days he would have been nice enough to excuse himself in person and let Martha pack him a take-home dinner.
