I can't find the scans now, that inspired this. There was an actual occurence in the Robin comics where, through a time anomalie, Tim!Robin meets Dick!Robin, and they go for a ride in the Redbird. And I kept waiting for Dick to say "Let's make out!" a la xkcd.
(Then I found where somebody wrote that, only now I can't find that either. Anyway, that's where this came from).
