With some qualification
Jul. 8th, 2009 05:44 pmThe beach trip was awesome.
moonypadlover was unexpectedly there, and also unexpectedly separated from her husband of six months. L and I were surprised, but not shocked. We had a picnic, with lots of fresh fruit. We never busted out the watermelon, though, because it was too windy; it would have wound up with a very crunchy coating. I found pretty marine snail shells, including several with hermit crabs in them, and I am not the same color that I was on Friday.
It was good to see B, too - though she rather surprised me. When I stumbled into my own living room at one o'clock Sunday morning, she was asleep on my floor! After I left for L's, she ended up driving to Baton Rouge to visit P and M. Go fig. I slept through the Sunday part of her visit, though, as I was quite exhausted.
I'm still working on the WIP of Doom, but it's slow going. I'm having trouble pacing the exposition.
And I may possibly be writing het smut. Or, well, not het, but it maybe possibly has a woman in it! I don't think I've ever written that before. I read het all the time, and I read M/M/F (which maybe, possibly, is what I'm maybe possibly writing). It may, possibly, have something to do with
faile_neume , and something that may possibly have appeared on scans_daily recently. Maybe. Possibly.
