Oh, remember the crack I was talking about last night? How in DC all the crack is real? Kon, mentioned here, is the clone of Superman and Lex Luthor (he doesn't know about the Luthor half at this point in his history, though) and as depicted here...he's maybe two years old at the most (World's Horniest Toddler!). He has a power called tactile telekinesis, which is really sort of an extended aura that gives him control of anything he's touching - hence his ability to fling Steph around like sextoy.
