Hi! I hate to ask a stupid question (because I can see you have all of these linked in order)... but might there be somewhere that you have this as one complete file? I'd love to read this, but these days I don't have a lot of in-front-of-computer time for reading. I do, however, have an ereader that reads html and .doc, and I would *love* to read this if you did. =)
